Chicken Cherry Wraps Courtesy Of: The Cherry Marketing Institute Chicken Cherry Wraps Serves 4 125 mL or 1/2 cup Nonfat lemon yogurt 15 mL or 1Tbsp Honey Dijon-style mustard 5 mL or 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce 7 mL or 3/4 tsp Curry powder 1 mL or 1/4 tsp Salt 1 mL or 1/4 tsp Coarsely ground pepper 375 mL or 1 1/2 cups Cooked chicken , finely chopped 75 mL or 1/3 cup Shredded carrot 50 mL or 1/4 cup Sliced green onion 4 Whole wheat flour tortilla (20-25 cm) or 8-10 inch 250 mL or 1 cup Dried tart cherries 125 mL or 1/2 cup Cucumber, seeded and finely chopped Stir together yogurt, mustard, worcestershire sauce, curry powder, salt and pepper in a medium mixing bowl. Gently stir in chicken, cherries, carrot, cucumber and green onion.

Mound about 3/4 cup (175 mL) mixture just below centre of each tortilla. Fold in sides, just covering edges of chicken mixture. Roll up from one side, jelly roll fashion. Serve seam side down on a plate.
