Seafood Newburg Courtesy Of: National Fisheries Institute Seafood Newburg Serves 24 24 (3 inch) dia Frozen puff pastry shells, baked* 2.5 Kg or 5 lbs Condensed cream of mushroom soup 1 L or 1 quart Wholesome Farms Milk 250 mL or 1 cup Sherry 10 mL or 2 tsp Paprika 8 Wholesome Farms Large Shell Eggs 2 Kg or 4 lbs Surimi seafood, crab or lobster, chunk or flake style * Substitute 48 slices of toasted white bread, diagonally cut, for puff pastry shells, if desired. Remove tops from baked pastries; hollow out shells. Set aside.

Combine condensed soup, milk, sherry and paprika in saucepan.

Cook and stir over medium-high heat until boiling.

Whisk eggs in bowl. Add hot soup mixture to eggs, then return to saucepan. Stir in surimi seafood; cook until thickened and thoroughly hot.

Ladle 8 oz (200 g) Seafood Newburg onto each pastry shell.
