Advanced Ordering is now available in the Portal App! 🤳 Residents can now place meal orders on the app days, or even weeks, in advance. The order will show up on your kitchen’s production report when the order time rolls around for smooth management. P.S. don’t forget about these other recent self-ordering app enhancements!

  • Credit Card payments: Residents and staff can now pay for their pickup with their Credit Cards directly through the app via the Stripe platform. This is on top of the ability to pay for their orders with their Meal Plans, a room account or pay for them at pickup. Click here to learn how it works.
  • Automatic discounts: Looking to offer instant item discounts when users place orders through the app? You now have the flexibility to apply instantaneous dollar or percentage reductions based on custom criteria.
