All food complies with, but is not limited by, the Canadian Food and Drug Regulations, Canadian Food Inspection Agency Inspection Standards, Canadian Agriculture Products Act, and Canadian Sanitation Code as it relates to delivery vehicles. Sysco monitors all federal food safety regulatory agency market action (recalls, withdrawals, holds, advisories) alerts and closely works with our supplier community to stay informed of all market actions involving products that Sysco distributes.

Sysco provides various value-added services that will ensure you have the right tools to support and optimize your business activities. As a trusted business partner, you will be provided with a dedicated representative with extensive industry knowledge and experience to maintain and grow the relationship. The representative will be your primary contact with Sysco and will work to keep your operation apprised of trends, pricing, new products, and issues affecting foodservice such as market issues and product recalls.
