We are known for perfectly aged steaks. This dedication to quality begins at the ranch and ends only when our customers’ guests are satisfied with the dining experience they receive. From Canada Prime and Reserve Angus to Canada AAA and AA steaks, cuts are aged from 21 to 35 days to enhance flavour and tenderness.
