Purpose Month was established to help combat hunger in Canada by donating our time to charities focused on food security from coast to coast. In our inaugural year, we showed how we live our purpose in Canada and set the pace by volunteering more than 6,000 hours – and now, Purpose Month has gone global!

This month, colleagues across the country will rally together to volunteer 6,600 hours in support of food banks, community kitchens, breakfast clubs, and food rescues. Our collective efforts will contribute to the Sysco Global Good campaign, which aims to generate $500 million worth of good in global communities, including $22 million in Canada, by 2025.

We’ve partnered with organizations across the nation to combat hunger in local communities – and we’re grateful for their efforts in helping to feed our neighbours. As we reach out our helping hands and hearts, we know that our collaborative support creates real impact.
