As a food supplier in the Kelowna region, Sysco has deep roots in the communities we serve. HRI Supply was founded by Mr. & Mrs. William A Redmond in April of 1978. Operations began in a 10,000 sq ft leased facility servicing hotels, restaurants, and institutional customers. By 1983, the size of the facility had doubled and the Redmond’s went on to acquire a building on 10 acres of land in Lake Country and expanded the building to 132,000 sq ft. Acquired by Sysco in 2001, our team has grown to over 100 associates that live, work, and dine in the communities we serve.
